Are your baits made fresh to order?

Yes! Most of our baits are freshly made to order to ensure the highest quality. Production runs from Friday through Monday each week.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are usually shipped on Mondays. Depending on when your order is placed, it may take up to 7 days to process and dispatch.

Can I request a custom bait blend or flavor?

Absolutely. Our Custom Bait Builder allows you to create your own recipe by selecting ingredients, flavors, sizes, and more.

What days do you produce baits?

We produce baits from Friday to Sunday. Monday is dedicated to packing and shipping.

Is the Custom Bait Builder page part of the regular store?

No — the Custom Bait page is a standalone page. It has its own checkout system and doesn’t use the regular store cart. Orders placed through this page are processed separately.
