Are your baits made fresh to order?Yes! Most of our baits are freshly made to order to ensure the highest quality. Production runs from Friday through Monday each week.

How long does it take to process an order?Orders are usually shipped on Mondays. Depending on when your order is placed, it may take up to 7 days to process and dispatch.

Can I request a custom bait blend or flavor?Absolutely. Our Custom Bait Builder allows you to create your own recipe by selecting ingredients, flavors, sizes, and more.

What days do you produce baits?We produce baits from Friday to Sunday. Monday is dedicated to packing and shipping.

Is the Custom Bait Builder page part of the regular store?No — the Custom Bait page is a standalone page. It has its own checkout system and doesn’t use the regular store cart. Orders placed through this page are processed separately.

How long does shipping take?Once your order is shipped (usually on Monday), delivery time will depend on your location and shipping method. Most US orders arrive within 2–4 business days.

When will my order be shipped?We ship all completed orders on Mondays. If your order is placed after Monday, it will go into the following production cycle.

Do you offer local pickup?Yes! If you select the “Pick Up” option at checkout, we’ll contact you to schedule a pickup time at our shop.

Do you ship internationally?At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

Will I get a tracking number?Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Are your baits shelf-life or freezer baits?We offer both options. If you’re unsure which you received, check your label or reach out to us.

What ingredients do you use in your baits?Our baits are made with high-quality ingredients, depending of the bait, it can contain hydrolyzed liver and krill, milk proteins, and custom home made blends.

Are your pop-ups suitable for chod or hinge rigs?Yes, our pop-ups are made with buoyancy-enhancing microspheres and can easily support heavy rigs like chods and hinges.

Are your liquid additives PVA-friendly?Most of our liquids are PVA-friendly and perfect for bag and stick mixes. If unsure, check the product label or ask us directly.

Are your baits tested before being released?Yes, absolutely. We take bait testing very seriously. Most of our products go through 1–2 years of rigorous field testing before being released to the public. If a bait doesn’t deliver the results we’re looking for, it won’t make it to market. Quality and performance come first.

Can I change or cancel my order?If your order hasn’t entered production, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns?Yes, we accept returns on all unused items within 30 days, as long as they are in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we cannot refund the original shipping fee. Please note: we do not accept returns on freezer baits or custom-built orders due to their perishable and personalized nature.

What if there’s a problem with my order?Please contact us right away if there’s any issue. We take pride in our quality and will work with you to resolve any problems.
